Refund Policy

Finance Career Lab offers digital and consultancy services. Under UK Consumer Rights legislation, consumers may be entitled to a refund for services not delivered with reasonable care and skill.

Because our services are personalised and often begin shortly after purchase, refunds may not be available once work has started or a session has been completed.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.

Exceptional circumstances

If you believe a service has not been delivered as described, please contact us promptly. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in line with UK consumer protection rules.
